Dinnocenzo takes bull riding title

RONAN — Nick Dinnocenzo had a decision to make. He had managed to hang onto his bull for the full eight seconds during Saturday’s “Hometown” bull riding competition at the Ronan Pioneer Days rodeo. But the bull stood still for a moment in the middle of the ride, so his points were lowered from what they could be.
Should he take the points, or gamble on a re-ride with the chance to improve his score?
In the end, the decision was easy. He was not only the last rider of the night, he was the only rider who had managed to stay on the bull. With a grin, he accepted his 66-point score and won the night.
