Hottest game in town: Ronan 3 on 3 results
RONAN — They were concentrating hard on basketball, so it appeared they may not have noticed it was over 100 degrees on the tarmac last weekend just outside Ronan Middle School. They played on and on, seemingly lighter than air.
Whether you were a spectator or a star shooter, the blacktop radiated a full 10 degrees hotter than the ambient air, which was already cooking. Yet they played on and on. It was, after all, a chance for everyone to come together around a net for the annual Ronan Pioneer Days 3 on 3 basketball tournament.
