Shonko Christy-Lacounte, 23, St. Ignatius, pleaded guilty to criminal endangerment and theft, both felonies, as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Sept. 29.

Sentencing on revocation for Billie Louise Boushie, 36, continued to Aug. 18.

State dismissed a petition to revoke for Gabriel Paul Lutes.

Sentencing for Shanyel Lynn Strange Owl, 29, for negligent vehicular assault and criminal child endangerment, both felonies, set for Aug. 25.

Jason Joseph Coffee, 44, pleaded not guilty to felony partner or family member assault.

Arraignment for Alexander Quequesah, 24, for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to Aug. 18.

Arraignment for Mark Evan Mock for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to Aug. 18.

Arraignment for Frank Hallett for felony insurance fraud continued to Aug. 26.

Harley Gene Press, 26, sentenced to 10 years, initially under the supervision of DPHHS, for felony aggravated assault; credit for 584 days jail time.

Shannon Sierra Haworth pleaded not guilty to felony vehicular homicide while under the influence; jury trial set for Dec. 6.

Warrant requested for Jonathan James Linerud, 30, for failure to appear at an omnibus hearing regarding two counts of felony assault with a weapon.

Jeramy Dale Combs, 37, Polson, pleaded guilty to felony criminal endangerment as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Sept. 30.

Danika Felsman pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Sept. 30.

Omnibus hearing for Pamela Raquel Almaguer felony criminal child endangerment rescheduled for Dec. 2.

State dismissed without prejudice a petition to revoke against John Michael Derr.

Warrant requested for Peter L. Dumont for failure to appear at an omnibus hearing regarding a charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Zachery Verne Bates, 33, pleaded not guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense; jury trial set for Jan. 10, 2022.
