Larrs Jalen Omingo, 21, admitted to a violation of probation; pleaded no contest to felony strangulation of a partner or family member and pleaded guilty to felony criminal endangerment as part of a plea agreement; sentencing and restitution hearing set for Dec. 15.

Hearing on an answer to a petition to revoke for Sean Dean Ogle, 56, continued to Dec. 15.

Cory Ryan Drowatzky, 27, admitted to a violation of probation; sentenced on revocation to 10 years DOC with five years suspended; credit for 28 days jail time and one year, five months street time.

Evie Melisa Rae Moran received a deferred sentence of three years DOC for felony criminal endangerment.

Sentencing for Shonko Christy-Lacounte, 23, for criminal endangerment and theft, both felonies, continued to Dec. 15.

Arraignment for John Emery Steele, 30, for felony bail jumping continued to Dec. 8.

Nicholi Thomas Assiniboine, 32, pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, both felonies; jury trial set for April 4.

Arraignment for Christina Marie Huntsman, 34, for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to Dec. 8.

Robert Lee Gilmore, 43, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for May 2.

Christian Lee Wilson, 24, pleaded not guilty to strangulation of a partner or family member, a felony, and violation of a no-contact order, a misdemeanor; jury trial set for May 2.

Arraignment for Anjelica Dawn Lozeau for assault with a weapon continued to Dec. 22.

Alexis Rae Beavers pleaded not guilty to criminal child endangerment; jury trial set for May 2.

Warrant requested for Caitlin Elaine Hewankorn for failure to appear at arraignment for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

State dismissed with prejudice charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs against Beverly Diaz.

Daniel Chance Blixt pleaded guilty to misdemeanor partner or family member assault as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to one year in jail with all but one day suspended; credit for two days time served.

Kristen Karol Hutson received a three-year deferred sentence for felony criminal endangerment.

Dolly Blue Zambrana, 44, pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession with intent to distribute as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Jan. 27.

Scott Jay Hakes pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Jan. 27.

Tacy Mae Moniere pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; sentenced to three years DOC with all but 30 days suspended; credit for 32 days jail time; count of felony elder abuse dismissed without prejudice.

Christopher Michael Francisco, 27, pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Jan. 27.

Benjamin Franklin Hoffman, 45, pleaded not guilty to felony strangulation of a partner or family member; jury trial date pending.

Sharon Lyn Whitworth, 56, pleaded not guilty to felony vehicular homicide while under the influence; jury trial set for March 21.

Douglas Robert Helms sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended, and fined $500 for privacy in communications-first offense, a misdemeanor; sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended, and fined $500 for privacy in communications-second offense, a misdemeanor; received a three-year deferred sentence for privacy in communications-third offense, a felony; credit for one day jail time.

Kaci Ann Ducharme pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for April 11; entered general denials in answer to a petition to revoke.

Steven Joseph Peone pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for March 21.

Arraignment for Cassidy Joy Johnson for issuing a bad check, a felony, continued to Dec. 16.

Ky Marcell Simshaw pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for April 11.

Arraignment for Christopher Wallace for felony strangulation of a partner or family member continued to Dec. 16.

Arraignment for John Emery Steele, 30, for two counts of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs and two counts of felony criminal possession with intent to deliver continued to Dec. 16.

Liberty Rae Plouffe, 63, sentenced to three years DOC, all suspended, for felony criminal endangerment.

State dismissed without prejudice a charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs against Crystal M. Kline.

Christina Marie Huntsman, 34, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for June 6.

John Emery Steele, 30, pleaded not guilty to felony bail jumping; jury trial set for June 6.

Arraignment for Dillon Ganuelas Brooks, 23, for felony forgery continued to Dec. 15.

Stoney Corcoran, 51, sentenced to 30 years DOC with 20 years suspended for criminal endangerment, assault on a peace or judicial officer and intimidation, all felonies; credit for 262 days jail time.

Edward Hardy, 64, sentenced to 20 years DOC with 10 suspended for felony assault with a weapon; credit for 155 days jail time.

Donald Neadeau, 20, received a three-year deferred sentence for felony criminal endangerment; credit for 242 days; ordered to pay $4,560 in restitution.

Sentencing for Jacob Santos for felony criminal endangerment continued to Jan. 13.
