Dec. 6

Angelina Rose Ruffatto, 43, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license and careless driving; Fined $210, with $100 suspended.

Mark E. Skupien, 49, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving; fined $300 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended.

Dec. 7

Dillon Ganuelas Brooks, 23, pleaded guilty obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; fined $500, with $350 suspended, and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 179 suspended.

Dec. 8

Kimberly Kae Foster, 59, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license; fined $200.

Jeremiah Evan Venegas, 18, pleaded guilty to unlawful hunting from a public highway; fined $100 and ordered to pay $500 in restitution; hunting, fishing and trapping licenses suspended for two years.

Dec. 13

Jesse Lee Fletcher pleaded not guilty to failure to carry proof of insurance; fined $500, with $250 suspended.

David Cleve McClure, 69, pleaded not guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct; fined $2,010, with $2,000 suspended, and sentenced to 360 days in jail, all suspended; credit for 80 days jail time.

Dec. 15

Dillon Ganuelas Brooks, 23, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license; fined $100.

Jessie Unk Bingham, 18, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof of insurance, driving without a valid driver’s license and careless driving; fined $1,070 with $450 suspended.

Jackson Cale Robert Erwel-Wilson, 19, fined $370 for failure to carry proof of insurance, driving with expired registration and speeding.

Dec. 16

Ginae Lynn Couture-Ware, 25, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license; fined $500, with $400 suspended.

Christian Lee Wilson, 24, pleaded not guilty to assault with bodily fluid; fined $1,000, all suspended, and sentenced to 365 days in jail, all suspended.

Dec. 20

David Michael Plant, 29, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license; fined $510, with $400 suspended.
