Sentencing for Jonathan Dell Tifft, 29, of Polson for felony indecent exposure to a minor continued to Feb. 3

Matthew James Hawkins pleaded not guilty to felony bail jumping; trial set for July 19.

Douglas Basil Kenmille, 31, of Elmo pleaded guilty to violation of probation as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to five years with DOC on revocation; credit for 14 days jail time.

Jeremiah F. Paul, 23, of Ronan pleaded not guilty to felony assault on a minor; jury trial set for July 13.

McKendra Daniele Mock pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; sentencing set for March 18; credit for 15 days jail time.

Alex Patrick Finley Jr. pleaded guilty to felony criminal endangerment; sentencing set for March 17.

Sentencing for Raymond James Head, 34, of Browning for five counts of felony criminal endangerment continued; status conference set for Feb. 3.

Sentencing for Lolanda Lou Sorrell-Buck, 48, of St. Ignatius for felony criminal possession with intent to sell, use or possession of property subject to criminal forfeiture and felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to Feb. 10.

Sentencing for D’Anja Lesley Charlo for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs, robbery and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence continued to Feb. 10.

Arraignment for James Joseph McGuire for stalking, first offense, a misdemeanor; misdemeanor privacy in communications, first and second offense; and 11 felony counts of privacy in communications, third or subsequent offense, continued to Feb. 10.

Alyza Rae Hawk failed to appear for arraignment for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; warrant issued.

Warrant issued for Michael Lewis Koso for failure to appear at omnibus hearing for charge of felony assault with weapon.

Sentencing for Robert Earl Staudenmayer for felony theft, felony money laundering and felony robbery continued to Feb. 3.
