NOTICE OF INTENT TO REQUEST RELEASE OF FUNDS 2/11/2021 Lake County 106 4th Avenue East Polson, MT 59860 406-883-7283 On or about February 20, 2021 Lake County will submit a request to the Montana Department of Commerce (Commerce) for the release of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, to undertake a project known as the Housing Stabilization Program for the purpose of rehabilitating the Northwood Duplex with $290,394 in CDBG funds in Pablo, Montana. The activities proposed are categorically excluded under HUD regulations at 24 CFR Part 58 from National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements. An Environmental Review Record (ERR) that documents the environmental determinations for this project is on file at Lake County, 106 4th Ave E, Polson, MT and MT Dept of Commerce, 301 S Park Ave, Helena, MT and may be examined or copied weekdays 9 A.M to 5 P.M.
