Stacey Luzzell Hill, 44, Polson, sentenced to three years with DOC on revocation of a sentence for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; credit for 132 days jail time.

Sentencing for Ryan Scott Broadbrooks for felony theft continued to Feb. 24.

Shania Jo Doney sentenced to one year at Lake County jail with all but 48 hours suspended on an amended charge of misdemeanor DUI as part of a plea agreement.

D’Anja Lesley Charlo, 19, Elmo, sentenced to two years with DOC for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs, robbery and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence; ordered to pay $1,749.98 in restitution.

Patrick Lewis Lozeau Jr., 51, Ronan, sentenced to three years, all suspended, with DOC for DUI fourth or subsequent offense, a felony; fined $5,000.

James Joseph McGuire, 38, Charlo, pleaded not guilty to stalking, first offense, a misdemeanor; misdemeanor privacy in communications, first and second offense; and 11 felony counts of privacy in communications, third or subsequent offense; jury trial set for July 19.

Robert James Matt, 43, Arlee, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for July 19.

Thayne Robert Carman pleaded not guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, and misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked; jury trial set for July 26.

Mikel Ann Siemens, 40, Kalispell, pleaded not guilty to DUI, fourth or subsequent offense. Jury trial set for July 26.

Lennie Olivia Webster received a deferred sentence of three years with DOC for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute; credit for 91 days in jail.

Arraignment for Trey Chandler Grilley for DUI, fourth or subsequent offense continued to Feb. 25.

Warrant issued for Juanita Larae Michel for failure to appear at arraignment for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Zachary John Nentwig, 43, Charlo, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for July 26.

Change of plea hearing for Paul Lee Ross Sr., 51, St. Ignatius, for three counts of burglary and one count of bail jumping, all felonies, continued to Feb. 25.

William Isaac Ness, 55, Pablo, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for July 12.

Kasey Allen Pier pleaded not guilty to felony bail jumping and felony criminal possession of deadly drugs; jury trial set for July 12.

Orlando M. Powell, 47, Ronan, pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony theft; jury trial set for July 12; arraignment for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to Feb. 25.

Jonathan Dell Tifft, 29, Hot Springs, sentenced to five years, initially with DPHHS for appropriate placement, for felony indecent exposure to a minor; credit for 503 days jail time.

Karsten Karl Smith, 56, Plains, sentenced to five years with DOC for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; credit for 183 days jail time.

Change of plea hearing for Tiffany Evangeline Jore, 33, Ronan, on three charges of felony assault continued to Feb. 24.

Sentencing for Lolanda Lou Sorrell-Buck, 48, St. Ignatius, for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to Feb. 24.
