Polson Senior Center meals and events

The Polson Senior Center, 504 Third Ave. East, is open. Masks are mandatory, but the center cannot guarantee safety from COVID-19, so visitors are encouraged to use their best judgment about participating in meals and activities.

Activities

Exercise class: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Mahjong: 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Pinochle: 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

Bingo: 7 p.m. Fridays.

Board of Directors meeting: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan 8.

Also, the center is selling See's Candy boxes until gone.

Meals

Take-out or home-delivery lunches are available for $5 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Upcoming offerings are:

Thursday, Jan. 7: Soft shell tacos, salsa and sour cream, refried beans, veggie jello, cheese cake.

Friday, Jan. 8: Hash brown bake, muffins, fruit salad, carrot cake.

Monday, Jan. 11: Taco soup, corn bread, fluffy fruit salad, brownie.

Tuesday, Jan. 12: Pork chops, gravy and rice, beets, watergate salad, pineapple cake.

Wednesday, Jan. 13: BBQ beef ribs, potato wedges, baked beans, apple salad, pudding.

Thursday, Jan. 14: Pot pie, biscuit, pear and cheese salad, fruit salad.
