Juanita Marie Hawkins-Purser, 47, sentenced to three years DOC for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; state dismissed second count of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; credited for 133 days jail time.

Matthew George Manyhides, 33, pleaded not guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and four counts of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for Jan. 3, 2022.

Arraignment for Harold Douglas Mitchell Jr. for felony criminal possession with intent to distribute continued to July 28; hearing on answer to petition to revoke continued to July 28.

Cameron James Moncy pleaded not guilty to felony criminal endangerment; jury trial set for Nov. 22.

Liana Mikhael Leaming-Moffet pleaded guilty to misdemeanor partner or family member assault-first offense as part of a plea agreement; received a one-year deferred sentence.

Warrant requested for Naoise David McMahon for failure to appear at hearing on answer to petition to revoke.

Sentencing for Tracey Lee Carpentier, 51, for felony criminal endangerment continued to July 22.

Tashina Carpentier, 32, pleaded not guilty to failure to register as a violent offender; jury trial set for Nov. 8.

Stacy Leann Markus, 52, Charlo, pleaded guilty to felony negligent vehicular assault - serious bodily injury as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to 10 years DOC with three years suspended and a five-year parole restriction; ordered to pay $98,374.16 in restitution; credited for 113 days jail time.

Arraignment for Angeline Justina Joscum for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to July 29.

Arraignment for Harlan Gerald Vaska for DUI-fourth or subsequent offense continued to July 29.

Sierra Kay Fischer pleaded guilty to three counts of misdemeanor theft and two counts of felony theft as part of a plea agreement; state dismissed two counts of felony burglary, count of felony theft and count of bail jumping; sentencing set for Aug. 26.

Hearing on answer to petition to revoke for Elaina Lee Vallee-Scarborough continued to July 15.

Keith Charles Baylor, 34, pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony criminal possession with intent to distribute; jury trial set for Nov. 8.

Patrick Lee Hammer Jr., 25, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs and strangulation of a partner or family member, both felonies; jury trial set for Nov. 8.

Arraignment for Travis Delancy Wood, 36, for felony strangulation of a partner or family member and misdemeanor indecent exposure continued to July 15.

Tristan Tesh Palouse George, 21, pleaded not guilty to felony sexual intercourse without consent; jury trial set for Nov. 22; bond reduced from $50,000 to $25,000.

Devin A. Peasley, 32, pleaded no contest to felony aggravated assault as part of a plea agreement; state dismissed count of felony strangulation of a partner or family member and felony solicitation of tampering with witnesses and informants; state dismissed with prejudice count of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; sentenced to 15 years DOC with 10 suspended; credited with 177 days jail time.

Destinee Verwold, 24, admitted to a probation violation; sentenced to five years DOC.

Hearing on answer to petition to revoke for Bonnie Alabama Saluskin continued to July 15.
