Stacy Leann Markus, 52, Charlo, pleaded guilty to felony negligent vehicular assault - serious bodily injury as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to 10 years DOC with three years suspended and a five-year parole restriction; ordered to pay $98,374.16 in restitution; credited for 113 days jail time.

Peasley, 32, pleaded no contest to felony aggravated assault as part of a plea agreement; state dismissed count of felony strangulation of a partner or family member and felony solicitation of tampering with witnesses and informants; state dismissed with prejudice count of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; sentenced to 15 years DOC with 10 suspended; credited with 177 days jail time.
Destinee Verwold, 24, admitted to a probation violation; sentenced to five years DOC.
