Franklin D. Clement, 86
Franklin D. Clement, 86, passed away Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021 at Edgewood Vista in Kalispell. Frank was born Oct. 26, 1934 in Grand Junction, Tenn. to Leila and Robert Clement. He was the second youngest of 11 children, all of whom preceded him in death.
Frank went into the U.S. Navy at age 17 and spent three years in Korea. He met and married his first wife Myrna in California and they began a family. They divorced in 1974. He met and married Genevieve, and they moved to Montana.
He held numerous jobs in his life but enjoyed the school and the children the most. His years as Cherry Valley School’s custodian were memorable, for him and “his kids.”
He is survived by his wife, Genevieve, his two daughters, Judy Burnett (Rick) and Jeannie Cruz, and one granddaughter, three great-grandsons and five great-great-grandchildren; he is also survived by his two stepchildren, Debra McConnell and John Bennett.
