Polson

The Polson Senior Center, 504 Third Ave. East, is open. Masks are mandatory, but the center cannot guarantee safety from COVID-19, so visitors are encouraged to use their best judgment about participating in meals and activities. Thank you to Montana Cattlemen's Association for a steer from Vaughn, White's Meats in Pablo for processing it, and Montana Food Bank in Polson for distributing it to the Center.

Activities

Exercise class: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Mahjong: 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Pinochle: 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
Bingo: 7 p.m. Fridays.
Veterans representative: 10 a.m. to noon Friday, March 5 and Tuesday, March 16
AARP-sponsored free tax preparation on Mondays and Thursdays; call the Center for an appointment.

Friday, March 5: Pork Tip Gravy over Noodles, Broccoli, Fruit, Bread Pudding

Tuesday, March 9: Chicken Alfredo, Noodles, Beets, Pear Salad, Brownies

Dixon

Senior Center, 106 Third St., has opened its doors for eating in, while adhering to social distancing precautions. The center continues to accept takeout meal requests. Meals will be served at 5:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays. They cost $4 per serving and will be delivered to Dixon residents upon request.

Upcoming meals include Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable, Rolls, Dessert on Monday, or Burritos, Salad, Dessert on Thursday, March 11.
