Kenneth Charles Gieber pleaded not guilty to felony criminal mischief and felony theft; jury trial set for Aug. 16.

Sentencing for Alexia Rose Pierre, 22, Charlo for two counts of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to April 7.

Arraignment for Trevor Daniel Gardipe for felony burglary and felony theft by accountability continued to March 10.

Charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs against Tina Kaye Burtch, 48, Dixon dismissed.

Kenneth Lozeau, 27, Ronan pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide while under the influence as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for April 15.

Liana Mikhael Leaming-Moffet pleaded not guilty to felony assault on a minor; jury trial set for Aug. 23.

Tiara Marie Salois pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense, a misdemeanor, as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to one year DOC with all but 10 days suspended.

Linda Marie Malatare, 69, Pablo pleaded guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense and criminal endangerment as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for May 13.

Jordan Taylor Morgan, 25, Polson pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to three years DOC; credit for 70 days jail time.

Kasey Allen Pier, 30, pleaded guilty to burglary and bail jumping, both felonies, as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for April 15. A deferred sentence of three years DOC for criminal possession of dangerous drugs is revoked.

Joshua Franklin McGreevey, 32, Pablo pleaded guilty to two felony counts of assault with a weapon as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for May 13.

Revocation hearing for Kristyn Victoria Adams continued to March 25.

Warrant issued for Mary Ann Madplume for failure to appear on charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.
