Senior Center Calendars

Polson

The Polson Senior Center, 504 Third Ave. East, is open. Although more seniors have had the COVID-19 vaccines, use your best judgment about participating in meals and activities. Tax season is upon us. Call the Center about AARP-sponsored free tax preparation. Don't wait to call too late.

Activities

  • Exercise class: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • Mahjong: 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
  • Pinochle: 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
  • Bingo: 7 p.m. Fridays.
  • Card Bingo: 7 p.m. Thursday, March 18
  • Hearing clinic: 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 23

Pick up a jigsaw puzzle or work it at the Center. We also have a pool table.

  • Thursday, March 18: Pot Pie on a Biscuit, Apple Sauce, Frozen Fruit Salad, Molasses Cookie
  • Friday, March 19: Cheeseburger, Fries, Carrots, Pasta Salad, Pudding

  • Tuesday, March 23: Soft Shell Taco, Refried Beans, Green Salad, Fruit Crisp
  • Wednesday, March 24: Chicken Salad on Lettuce, Tater Wedges, Pickled Beets, Orange Salad, Red Velvet Cake
  • Thursday, March 25: Chili Dog, Onion, Cheese, Sauerkraut, Watergate Salad, Banana Pudding

Dixon

Senior Center, 106 Third St., has opened its doors for eating in, while adhering to social distancing precautions. Lunch is served at the Center, take-out, or home-delivered 11:45-12:30 on Monday through Friday. If you are a new client, call the Center to set up payment arrangements or drop by to discuss. The center continues to accept takeout meal requests. Meals will be served at 5:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays. They cost $4 per serving and will be delivered to Dixon residents upon request.

Upcoming meals include Country Hamburger Skillet, Vegetable, Rolls and Dessert on Monday, or Clam Chowder, Salad, Rolls and Dessert on Thursday, March 25.
