Kevin Scott Pierce pleaded guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for May 20.
Tru June Schultz-Muth pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for May 20.
Warrant requested for Paul Lee Ross Sr., 51, St. Ignatius, for failure to appear at change of plea hearing for three counts of burglary and one count of bail jumping, all felonies.
Damen Leo James, 28, Polson, pleaded not guilty to criminal endangerment and strangulation of a partner or family member, both felonies; jury trial set for Oct. 25.
Donald Adam Neadeau, 19, pleaded not guilty to sexual intercourse without consent and assault with a weapon, both felonies; jury trial set for July 26.
Dolly Blue Zambrana pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for Oct. 25; taken into custody; bond increased to $75,000.
