Justin Wayne Crandall, 51, Polson, received a three-year deferred sentence for felony criminal endangerment.

Michael Lee Brown, 35, Ronan, sentenced to five years DOC, all suspended, for felony strangulation of a partner or family member - third or subsequent offense.

Trevor Daniel Gardipe pleaded not guilty to felony burglary and felony theft by accountability; jury trial set for Oct. 18.

Warrant requested for Raymond James Head, 34, Browning, for failure to appear at omnibus hearing for five counts of felony criminal endangerment.

Hearing on answer to petition to revoke for Christina Marie Huntsman continued to May 5.

Arraignment for Dominic Antonio Martinez, 29, for burglary, robbery and failure to register, all felonies, continued to May 5.

Sentencing for Kyro Antonio Swimmer for Burglary, criminal mischief and four counts of theft, all felonies, continued to June 2.

Billy Washburn pleaded not guilty to assault of a peace or judicial officer, criminal endangerment and criminal mischief, all felonies; jury trial set for Oct. 18.

Charles Henry Zeiler pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for Oct. 18.

Warrant requested for Rodney Victor James for failure to appear at omnibus hearing for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Sentencing for Alexia Rose Pierre, 22, Charlo for two counts of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to June 2.
