Polson

The Polson Senior Center, 504 Third Ave. E., is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Center will be closed Nov. 25-26.

Individuals and small organized groups are welcome to use the facility. We have a library nook and puzzle table available in the main hall, and semi-private space available by reservation only. Nonmember use is available. We ask for a voluntary donation of $15 per year for use of the facility on a regular basis.

New light fixtures and low wattage LED lamps have been installed throughout the building to improve visibility, color quality and significantly lower our electric bill. The upgrade was partially supported through energy savings programs of Mission Valley Power.

Activities

Exercise class: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Mahjong: 12:30 p.m. Wednesdays.

Pinochle: 12:30 p.m. Thursdays. Walk-ins and new players are always welcome.

Bingo: 7 p.m. Fridays.

See’s Famous Old Time Candies Gift Boxes are available again this year. The cost is $23 per box. Three choices are available: peanut brittle, nuts and chews, and assorted chocolates (milk or dark).

Those who wish to hold additional regular activities at the Center are welcome. Call 406-883-4735 for details. A semi-private meeting room is available.
