Hearing on revocation sentencing for William James Gopher, 46, continued to Oct. 13.

Sentencing for Larrs Jalen Omingo, 21, for felony strangulation of a partner or family member and felony criminal endangerment continued to Oct. 13.

Scott Julian Gardipe, 32, admitted a violation of probation; sentenced on revocation to 10 years DOC; credit for two years of street time and 20 days jail time; ordered to pay $11,480.15 in restitution.

Liberty Rae Plouffe, 63, Pablo, pleaded guilty to felony criminal endangerment as part of a plea agreement; state dismissed charge of misdemeanor reckless driving; sentencing set for Nov. 24.

Arraignment for Nicholi Thomas Assiniboine, 32, for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, accountability for conduct of another-aggravated assault and solicitation of tampering with witnesses and informants, all felonies, continued to Oct. 20.

Arraignment for Chad J. Hendrickson for felony strangulation of a partner or family member continued to Oct. 13.

Lauren Azalea Bowden pleaded not guilty to felony assault on a peace or judicial officer; jury trial set for March 21, 2022.
