Arraignment for Chad J. Hendrickson for felony strangulation of a partner or family member continued to Oct. 27.

Billie Louise Boushie, 36, sentenced on revocation to four years DOC; credit for one year street time and 34 days jail time.

Sierra Joan Berg entered general denials to a petition to revoke probation.

Larrs Jalen Omingo, 21, withdrew a no contest plea to felony strangulation of a partner or family member that was part of a plea agreement; a charge of felony criminal endangerment remains active; jury trial set for Jan. 3, 2022.

Arraignment for Gentry Brown, 24, for felony assault on a minor continued to Oct. 20.

Warrant requested for Alicia Johna Andrews for failure to appear at arraignment for felony criminal child endangerment.

Arraignment for Ricky Scott Riebe for DUI-first offense, a misdemeanor, and felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to Oct. 27.

Warrant requested for Ty C. Butler for failure to appear at arraignment for felony sexual intercourse without consent.

Tommy Lee Haynes pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for April 4, 2022.
