Glacier Country Tourism (GCT) will host a free virtual event Nov. 9-10 focused on Montana’s tourist industry.

The Glacier Country Tourism Virtual Summit is a two-day virtual educational training. Holding the summit virtually will allow GCT to bring in national industry leaders to speak alongside local experts and is free for anyone to attend.

Speakers from GCT, Destination Analysts, Tread Lightly!, Tourism Diversity Matters, Glacier Guides and Montana Raft, Job Service Missoula, ABMJ Consulting and Janna Lundquist Consulting will be joining for a meeting of the minds.

“We’ll discuss travel and tourism trends, diversity, equity and inclusion, responsible motorized recreation messaging, building on your social media, and workforce development and training,” said Racene Friede, president and CEO of Glacier Country Tourism.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon, Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 9-10. Register and view the full schedule and speakers at glaciermt.com/summit.
