Super Oval wraps up season with Championship Night

Mission Valley Super Oval wrapped up its 2021 season Saturday with Championship Night.
Agni Howell of Kalispell came away with the late model title with 159 points. Howell had four wins on the season. Fellow Kalispell driver Jon Davisson was second with 138 points, and JD Undem of Frenchtown finished third for the season.
Mission Valley racers took the top four spots in the Mod 4’s, with James Bays of Ronan claiming the title. Bays finished with four wins. James Fink, also of Ronan, was 31 points back in second, followed by Paul Basler of Polson and David Doll of St. Ignatius.
The Hobby Stock class was essentially a two-man race this season. Don Webster of Ronan was tops in the class, and Hot Springs driver Chuck Swope was 34 points back. Webster had four wins in nine races, while Swope won two. Third-place finisher Ryder Rindy of Kalispell was 145 points off the pace.
Heidi Morgan of Polson captured the hornets title by a mere two points over Canyon Murrin, also of Polson. Columbia Falls driver Austin Dull was 14 points back in third place.
Brock Denney of Kalispell won seven races en route to the legends title. He finished 29 points ahead of Devin Clayton, also of Kalispell.
