Charles Henry Zeiler pleaded not guilty to felony partner or family member assault; felony criminal endangerment; misdemeanor violation of a no-contact order; and three misdemeanor and 11 felony counts of solicitation of violation of an order of protection; omnibus hearing scheduled for Sept. 29.

Brendan Edward Adams withdrew a nolo contendere plea regarding a charge of felony criminal endangerment; jury trial set for Dec. 6.

Arraignment for Frank Hallett for felony criminal insurance fraud continued to Sept. 29.

Arraignment for Alicia Johna Andrews for felony criminal child endangerment continued to Sept. 22.

Junior Gardipe pleaded not guilty to attempted robbery and two counts of assault with a weapon, all felonies; jury trial set for Feb. 14, 2022.

Liberty Rae Plouffe, 63, Pablo, pleaded not guilty to felony DUI-fourth or subsequent offense and misdemeanor reckless driving; jury trial set for Feb. 14, 2022.

State dismissed with prejudice a charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs against Lyle Raymond Zeiler.

Sentencing for Cecilia Betty Weatherwax for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to Sept. 23.

William Joseph Weatherwax received a three-year deferred sentence for felony theft.

David Michael Fox pleaded not guilty to possession of a sawed-off shotgun and criminal endangerment, both felonies; jury trial set for Jan. 24, 2022.

Hearing on answer to petition to revoke for Kaci Ann Ducharme continued to Sept. 30.

Kelsea Kathryn Rodriguez, 31, waived extradition to the state of Oregon.

Samantha Lee Ann Ness, 29, pleaded not guilty to three counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs and criminal possession with intent to deliver, all felonies; jury trial set for Feb. 14, 2022; defendant entered general denials regarding a petition to revoke.

Kyra Ann Eoff, 28, pleaded guilty to felony DUI-fourth or subsequent offense and four counts of misdemeanor assault as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Nov. 4.

Zachery Verne Bates, 33, pleaded guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Nov. 4.

Octave Thomas Finley, 37, admitted to violations of probation and was sentenced on revocation to three years DOC with credit for 229 days jail time and 474 days street time.

Michael James Pierre pleaded not guilty to felony DUI-fourth or subsequent offense; jury trial set for Jan. 24, 2022.

Dora Eve Charles-Cornelius pleaded not guilty to felony DUI-fourth or subsequent offense; jury trial set for Jan. 24, 2022.

Warrant requested for Evelyn Josephine Franks for failure to appear at arraignment for felony criminal child endangerment.

Danyel Leo James pleaded not guilty to felony DUI-fourth or subsequent offense; jury trial set for Jan. 24, 2022.

Warrant requested for Lucas Susep Black for failure to appear at arraignment for felony strangulation of a partner or family member.
