Tyler Frederick Erickson, 28, sentenced to eight years DOC for each of two counts of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs, to run concurrently to one another but consecutively to previous sentences; credit for 258 days time served.

Arraignment for Samuel Alvin Darling, 47, for criminal possession of dangerous drugs, two counts of criminal possession with intent to distribute and use or possession of property subject to criminal forfeiture, all felonies, continued to Feb. 9.

Arraignment for Colby Scott Devlin, 20, for stalking-first offense and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors, and stalking-second offense and two counts of criminal endangerment, all felonies, continued to Feb. 9.

Nathaniel Elmer Rae Madplume, 25, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal endangerment; jury trial set for July 18.

Jay Le Cleveland, 45, pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony criminal possession with intent to deliver; jury trial set for July 18.

Christopher Michael Francisco, 27, sentenced three years DOC for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; credit for 97 days time served.
