The Arlee Pow Wow Celebration has been a July 4th tradition for 122 iterations, delighting participants and spectators for well over a century. The Arlee July 4th Rodeo marked its 38th year of animal versus human thrills and spills. The parade and Volunteer Fire Department’s annual pancake breakfast fundraiser have also been a part of the tradition for decades. This year additional activities including events for all ages were added as part of a new tradition known as Freedom Fest. Music, cornhole, vendors and games added to the fun and provided fun and celebration for all who attended.
