Jacqueline McGraw (Murray) Kruzen
My beloved wife and best friend completed her earthly pilgrimage, April 21, 2021, Missoula, from a sudden avalanche of medical issues.
Born June 27, 1948, Miles City, from homesteading “stock." Jackie was affectionately nicknamed “Muffin." Her home country was Dixon and Dayton.
She graduated from Polson High School in 1966. She earned her master’s degree from Walla Walla College, WA. A professional social worker/rherapist for Montana State, Child Protective Services and Friends to Youth, she served in Butte, Deer Lodge and Polson.
She affirmed love, faith, trust, well-being, truth and honesty, forgiveness, knowledge and courage. Jackie affirmed such values, rather than: Hate; lies and deceit, resentment and bitterness, ignorance and superstition, and being fearful.
Jackie emphatically trusted in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, because of His love for her.
Jackie was a most remarkable woman! She affirmed a melody of virtue and goodness, in spite of her own fallen nature. Her life so lived, validated her solemn declarations, which she so diligently strove to achieve, amidst a wicked and cruel world, with grace, perseverance and with dignity.
Jackie was a gifted and talented artist/calligrapher, avid skier and possessed a wonderful laugh. She especially loved horses and birds, nature, her flowers, house stuff, decorations, cooking, design and color.
Amidst her personal belongings was this quote scribbled on a small card: "All we need is an ear to listen, an eye to behold, and a heart to feel."
Jackie is survived by: Brother Don and Sister-in-Law Gayle Murray, Dillon; Brother Ted Murray, Polson; Sister Kit and Brother-in-Law Steve Adams, Dayton; Sister Nonna Anderson, Polson; and her husband of 19 years, Darrell Kruzen, Retired Forester, Polson.
Jackie's body was donated to medical science, the Montana Body Donation Program, Montana State University, Bozeman.
God rest your soul and spirit, my Dearest Love..."My Other half Orange!"
