REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES The Pablo Lake County Water & Sewer District in Lake County, Montana is soliciting proposals from engineering firms to assist the District in design and construction for a headworks facility prior to their existing wastewater treatment lagoon. The selected engineering firm will help guide the District in selection of the most advantageous headworks technology that meets the District's long term needs and goals. All design work will be in accordance with the Montana Department of Environmental Quality, Montana Public Works, and the Environmental Protection Agency. The District has received or may receive funding from the American Rescue Plan Act thru Lake County, the State Revolving Fund, Treasure State Endowment Program, Community Development Block Grant, Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation RRGL program, and Rural Development, USDA.
