Forrest Wayne Lumpry sentenced to five years DOC, all suspended, for DUI-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony; fined $5,000; credit for one day time served.

Crystal Gayle Hilton received a three-year deferred sentence for felony burglary.

Sentencing for Miesha Skye Barnett for felony criminal endangerment continued to March 16.

Savanah Yvonne Kenmille received a three-year deferred sentence for felony criminal child endangerment.

Raymond Burton McIntiyre sentenced to two years DOC, all suspended, for DUI-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony; ordered to complete 13-month treatment program; fined $10,000, all suspended.

Warrant requested for Ricky Scott Riebe for failure to appear at an omnibus hearing regarding charges of DUI-first offense, a misdemeanor, and felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Tommy Lee Haynes pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense, a misdemeanor, as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended; fined $300.

Sentencing for Nathaniel Elmer Rae Madplume, 25, for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to March 9.

Arraignment for Trevor Daniel Gardipe, 25, for intimidation and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, both felonies, continued to March 9.

Nichole J. Couture pleaded not guilty to three counts of felony criminal child endangerment; jury trial set for July 1.

Change of plea hearing for Nicholi Thomas Assiniboine, 32, regarding two counts of felony tampering with witnesses and informants continued to March 9.

Revocation sentencing for William James Gopher continued to March 9.

Alicia Johna Andrews pleaded guilty to felony criminal child endangerment; sentencing set for April 27.

Warrant requested for Mark Evan Mock for failure to appear at a change of plea hearing regarding a charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Nicholi Thomas Assiniboine, 32, pleaded guilty to tampering with a witness or informant, a felony, as part of plea agreement; state dismissed a charge of felony assault with a weapon; sentencing set for April 21.

Tyler Cameron McGee-Morigeau pleaded guilty to felony criminal endangerment as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for May 5.

Kenneth Stevens pleaded guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for April 21.

Omnibus hearing for Ky Marcell Simshaw regarding a charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, continued to May 5; new jury trial date pending.

Omnibus hearing for Christopher Wallace regarding a charge of strangulation of a partner or family member, a felony, continued to March 10.

Arraignment for Stacey Edward Stevens, 47, for criminal endangerment and criminal possession of dangerous drugs, both felonies, continued to March 10.

Justin Duane Onesalt, 33, pleaded guilty to criminal possession with intent to distribute, a felony; state to dismiss two other identical charges at sentencing, which is set for April 21.

Thomas Alfred Lozeau III, 34, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal endangerment; jury trial set for June 13.

Aaliyah Sharon Soldier Chief Woods, 27, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, as part of a plea agreement; state dismissed with prejudice a charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony; sentenced to five years DOC with credit for 75 days time served.

Sentencing for John Emery Steele for felony forgery continued to March 10.
