Alexander Augustus McCurdy, 24, pleaded not guilty to DUI-first offense; sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended.

Nancy Christina Roark, 53, pleaded not guilty to DUI-first offense; sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $1,000, with $400 suspended.

Richard Dominic Giannini, 42, pleaded not guilty to DUI-first offense; sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $1,000, with $400 suspended.

Isaac Henry Cordova, 37, fined $250 for permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance.

Feb. 22

Savannah Leeann Rodriguez, 25, pleaded not guilty to driving without liability insurance-third offense; sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $500.

Christopher Anthony Mitchell, 21, pleaded not guilty to failure to carry proof of insurance, driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to yield; fined $1,070, with $500 suspended.
