William James Gopher sentenced on revocation to five years DOC, all suspended; credit for 124 days time served.

Nathaniel Elmer Rae Madplume, 25, received a three-year deferred sentence for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; credit for 85 days time served.

Andrea Nicole McDonald pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, as part of a plea agreement; state to dismiss second, identical charge; sentencing set for April 27.

Kai Earl Skov, 50, pleaded guilty to assault on a peace or judicial officer, a felony, as part of a plea agreement; state to dismiss misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct; sentencing set for April 27.

Anthony Louis Alexander, 41, pleaded not guilty to criminal distribution of dangerous drugs and four counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, all felonies; jury trial set for Aug. 1.

Trevor Daniel Gardipe, 25, pleaded not guilty to intimidation and tampering or fabricating physical evidence, both felonies; jury trial set for Aug. 1.

Clint Headdress Irvine, 30, pleaded guilty to assault on a peace or judicial officer, a felony, as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for April 27; defendant released on own recognizance.

Lonnie Wills pleaded not guilty to intimidation, a felony; jury trial set for Aug. 1.

Arraignment for Joshua Lefthand for criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, continued to March 16.

Warrant requested for Jay Joseph Jones for failure to appear at an arraignment hearing regarding a charge of felony burglary.

William Edward Azure pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs and criminal child endangerment, both felonies; jury trial set for July 11.

Arraignment for Coree Preston Colby-Cadieux for DUI-first offense, a misdemeanor, and criminal possession with intent to distribute, a felony, continued to March 24.
