Charlo’s Hawk earns all-state nod
Junior guard Mila Hawk, Charlo’s top scorer, was named to the class C all-state team following the Lady Vikings’ run to the divisional tournament this season. Hawk primarily played point guard, and was among the team’s leaders in steals.
Hawk is among six Charlo players to receive 14C conference postseason awards.
Senior guard Kassidi Cox was named to the all-conference first team. Cox received second-team honors last season. Meanwhile, junior Hayleigh Smith landed on the girls second team.
Juniors Keaton Piedalue and Stetson Reum each earned all-conference first-team honors among 14C boys. They were joined by senior Coyle Nagy, who was named to the second team.
Despite a tough season, the Two Eagle River School boys can boast of one postseason honor, after Nate Oldhorn was named to the all-conference second team.
