Eli Francis Diaz admitted to violations of probation; revocation sentencing set for May 18.

Justice Rae Burland, 27, sentenced to five years DOC for criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony; state dismissed a second charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs; credit for 112 days time served.

Revocation sentencing for Michael Anthony Assiniboine continued to April 13.

Sentencing for Christian Lee Wilson for felony criminal endangerment continued to March 23.

Charles Henry Zeiler admitted to violations of probation; sentenced on revocation to five years DOC, all suspended, consecutive to previous sentences; credit for one year street time; sentenced to six months in jail, with all but one day suspended, for solicitation of violation of an order of protection-first offense, a misdemeanor; sentenced to six months in jail, with all but 10 days suspended, and fined $500 for solicitation of violation of an order of protection-second offense, a misdemeanor; sentenced to two years DOC, all suspended, for solicitation of violation of an order of protection-third offense, a felony; sentenced to five years DOC, all suspended, for felony criminal endangerment; credit for 33 days time served; all sentences to run consecutively.

Patrick David Dellwo pleaded not guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony; jury trial set for Aug. 1; entered general denials to a petition to revoke.

Joshua Lefthand pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony; jury trial set for Sept. 19.

Randall Joe Michel Jr. pleaded not guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense and criminal possession of dangerous drugs, both felonies; jury trial set for Aug. 1.

Arraignment for Joseph Cole Plumage for two counts of DUI-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, continued to March 30.
