Kaden Blixt of Polson took home a handful of titles following a Pheasants Forever youth shooting event March 13 at Big Sky Sporting Clays in Polson.

Blixt walked away from Championship Weekend as the new all-around Teals Champion, all-around Sporting Clays Champion and the new Pheasants Forever Youth Shooting League-Flathead Chapter overall champion. He is the only athlete to shoot over a 400 for the season.

Fifty-five youth contestants from all over northwest Montana competed at the event, the culmination of an eight-week season. Contestants shoot every Saturday during the winter, starting in February, and then compete at the finale at Polson.
