Seth Daniel Toelke, 24, pleaded not guilty to DUI-first offense; fined $1,000, with $400 suspended, and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended.

Nathan Eldon Umphrey, 40, pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense as part of a plea agreement; fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended.

Seth Houston Dean Williams, 30, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property and criminal trespass to vehicles; fined $1,010 and sentenced to 360 days in jail, all suspended.

Nicole J. Miller, 41, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to carry proof of insurance; fined $510.

March 21

John J. Peregoy, 67, pleaded guilty to reckless driving-first offense as part of a plea agreement; fined $300 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended.

Lennie Olivia Webster, 39, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property; fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended.
