Ronan Seniors: Cookbook fundraiser

The Mission Valley Senior Center, located across from St. Luke Hospital in Ronan, is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for lunch and other activities. All ages are welcome.

The Area VI Council on Aging is having a cookbook fundraiser. To submit a recipe, stop by and pick up a form.

Upcoming meals include the following main dishes: roast-beef dinner, April 28; polish dogs, May 1; hashbrown casserole, May 3; and enchiladas, May 5.

Anyone is welcome for our meals no matter what age. We ask for a $7 donation for our Monday, Wednesday and Friday meals and $10 for our Sunday meal.

Those who would like a meal delivered are encouraged to call the center at 406-676-2371 by 10 a.m. Menus are also available by request.

Activities include pinochle games, 3-6 p.m. Mondays; and pool, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All are welcome.

The center is sponsoring a Fourth of July raffle; tickets are available from members or at the center for $1 each or six for $5.

The center is looking for a part-time employee; stop by and pick up an application. The center is also recruiting board members. Call 406-676-2371 for details.
