Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Polson City Commission will on Monday, the 18th day of September, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the Polson City Hall, 106 1st Street East, Polson, Montana, hold a public hearing for the purpose of a requested zoning variance(s) to setback requirements. Specifically, the request is from the Polson Development Code’s requirements that a nonconforming building may only be expanded outside of setbacks.
