Charlo girls fall to tournament host Anaconda

A slow second quarter hampered the Lady Vikings in a 55-42 non-league loss to Anaconda at the Anaconda Tip-Off Tournament on Saturday, Dec. 9.

Seeley McDonald led the Lady Vikings with 17 points. Charlo trailed 32-21 at halftime, but Anaconda went on a 13-1 run in the third quarter.

Brielle Zempel added eight points, and Sheadon Kain notched seven points toward the Lady Vikings’ efforts.
