Asencio faces three new drug charges
A Pablo man, already on probation, is facing three new drug charges. Cameron Scott Asencio, 33, entered a plea of not guilty in Polson District Court Dec. 20 to three new charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs.
According to court records, Asencio was in possession of fentanyl on Feb. 2, May 13 and May 18.
Judge Molly Owen set a trial date of June 6.
She also set a hearing on a petition to revoke the suspended portion of a sentence Asencio was already serving for a perjury conviction in 2017, as well as a drug possession conviction in 2022. His bond totals $125,000.
