LEGAL NOTICE MONTANA FISH & WILDLIFE PARKS FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION Randi Rognlie, for Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks, has applied for a floodplain development permit to repair an existing boat ramp by adding new fill and re-sloping the sides of the ramp. Approximately 190 feet of the boat ramp will be modified, with 10 cubic yards being removed for renovations, with the intention of being returned to the work area.
