Three MAC members named to State B-C team
Izzy Evans was among three Mission-Arlee-Charlo players claiming spots on the All-State team.
Reaching the State B-C State Championship Game couldn’t have been done without good players. So, naturally, Mission-Arlee-Charlo had three players named to the Class B-C All-State team and another to the Western B-C All-Conference.
MAC had another banner year, advancing to the state championship game for the third straight season and finishing with a record of 29-5.
Jerny Crawford was named to the All-State team for the third time after posting a .446 average with 14 doubles, three triples, and eight home runs this season.
After being a rock in the circle for the Bulldogs this year, Izzy Evans received her second-straight spot on the All-State team. At the plate, she hit .474 with 10 doubles, three triples, 45 runs batted in and nine home runs. This accompanies her 21-3 record as a pitcher and 98 strikeouts.
Rheid Crawford enjoyed all-state honors after a 2023 season that saw her hit .426 with 27 RBI, three home runs, one triple and 12 doubles.
Hayleigh Smith has been on the All-Conference team two previous times. She hit .475 while driving home 32 runs and notching three home runs, 12 doubles and a triple.
