Deadline nears for GPCF grant applications
The 2023 grant application deadline for the Greater Polson Community Foundation is Friday, April 28. Grant applications will be accepted from non-profit organizations with a 501c (3) status in the Greater Polson area.
The Greater Polson Community Foundation has contributed $1,131,500 to meet community needs since grants were first awarded in 2009. Grants are funded annually by earnings from the foundation’s growing permanent endowment and other available GPCF funds. Past grant awards have supported a variety of youth and community projects.
“Our grant funding support to our community non-profits and their projects is the highlight of our year, says GPCF Grants Chair Jeanette Phillips.
The committee is looking for how well the prospective project matches the mission and values of the GPCF as well as addressing critical needs that strengthen the community.
“As you prepare your application, think about how your project can enhance and improve the lives of the people who live here,” advises Phillips.
GPCF will accept applications for pre-screening (to preview and advise on completeness) until April 7 and complete applications must be postmarked no later than Friday, April 28. The complete 2023 grant application is available to download online at www.greaterpolsoncommunityfoundation.org. The website also lists previous GPCF grant recipients.
