MV Calendar: Your events guide to the Mission Valley
Palm Sunday Weekend Concerts – 1 p.m. April 1 at the St. Ignatius Mission and 4 p.m. April 2 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Polson. Director Christian Bumgarner, with Karla Gallatin as accompanist, will lead the Mission Valley Choral Society in 10 varied musical selections from “Ave Maria” to a medley from “Les Miserables.” The 90-minute concerts are free and welcoming to all; call 406-261-3304 or 406- 370-2076.
Community Easter Egg Hunt – 11 a.m. April 1 at the Ronan Fairgrounds; hosted by Mission Mountain Enterprises, the annual event offers egg-hunting for four age groups, ranging from 0 to 12. Call 406-676-2727.
Rock the Missions High School Jam – 7-9 p.m. Sundays, April 2 and 16 at the Western Montana Musicians Co-op in the Red Poppy, Ronan; high schoolers are invited to bring instruments or play the ones provided. Donations gratefully accepted.
