Blue Bay receives grant for life-jacket kiosk
The Recreation Management Program that oversees Blue Bay Campground on Flathead Lake received a grant from the Sea Tow Foundation to provide a life-jacket kiosk where guests can check out life jackets free of charge.
The Sea Tow Foundation is a non-profit organization that promotes boating safety through education, awareness and training. The foundation provides grants to organizations that share its commitment to improving boating safety and reducing accidents on the water.
The kiosk will be located near the boat launch and stocked with a variety of life jackets in different sizes. Visitors are asked to return jackets after use.
