St. Ignatius Seniors: Thankful for rain

It is nice to get the rain to nourish the plants and to settle the forest fire smoke. Sending positive thoughts to our neighbors to the North.

Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy a meal with at the center at noon Tuesdays and Fridays and 5:30 p.m. on selected Wednesdays. Menus are available via email, mail, or at the center. Although membership isn’t required, we may invite you to join for $10 a year.

Main dishes include: chunky potato-ham soup, May 26; Asian beef and noodles, May 30; and fish dinner with sole, June 2. If you are interested in a take-out meal, please call 406-745-4462 by 10 a.m. and leave a message.

The center has a computer available for public use from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays; and the facility is available to rent. If you are in need of a walker, commode, wheelchair or high-rise toilet seat, these items are available to share.

The St. Ignatius center is looking for a housekeeper. The job entails once-a-week cleaning that includes mopping the main hall, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming the carpet and sofas. All cleaning supplies are available. Call 406-745-4462 for info.

Gentle Yoga with Bonnie Kiser meets at 1 p.m. Wednesdays. For more information, call 406-253-0177.

Foot Hill club meets at 1 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays for snacks and cards.
