“Kiss the Ground” – 2 p.m. Nov. 2 at Showboat Stadium 6 Theater in Polson; Lake County Conservation District presents this groundbreaking film about how regenerating the world’s soils can help solve the climate crisis. Admission is free.

Youth Art Workshop – 9 a.m.-noon Nov. 3 at the Arlee Community Development Corporation; Salish artist Aspen Decker will teach the history of ledger art, and participants will make their own works of art on antique paper during the free class.
