Pirate alumni play hoops at annual fundraiser

Polson High School invites former Pirate or Lady Pirate players and fans to the annual Alumni Gratitude Game, 6-8 p.m. Nov. 25 at Linderman Gym.

The game will raise funds for boys’ basketball, and any basketball alumni from Polson can play, whether young or old, men and women. This year’s Pirate players will serve as coaches, referees and announcers for the game.

Entry is free, and donations are encouraged.

People are invited to watch former Pirates play hoops while also enjoying raffles and giveaways and meeting this year’s team, whose members will autograph posters.

Attendees can also bid on a chance to throw a pie in the face of a current or former Pirate basketball player.
