Chiefs fall to Bigfork

Bigfork moved to 2-0 on the year with a 35-0 home victory over Ronan in Western A action on Friday, Sept. 1.
Facing his former program, Vikings’ Head Coach Jim Benn had his squad up 28-0 at halftime, thanks to two touchdown runs by Asher Knopik and two touchdown passes by Tristen Herd.
Knopik would pick up his third touchdown of the night, hauling in a nine-yard scoring pass from Herd in the third quarter. Knopik finished the game with 79 yards rushing, while Herd passed for 130 yards.
After their week one victory at Butte Central, Ronan fell to 1-1 on the year with their loss to Bigfork.
