The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) flew flags at half-mast through Monday in honor of tribal elder and veteran Charles “Charlie” Louis Morigeau, who passed away April 6.
Services were held at the SQCC Longhouse in St. Ignatius, with the rosary on Sunday, April 7, and the funeral service Monday, April 8.
