Johnny Repnak, 81

Johnny Dale Repnak, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 13, at his residence in Polson. He was born in Billings, the son of Julius and Anna (Horn) Repnak.

The family moved to Finley Point in 1946. He loved his orchard, fishing, growing things, cooking, eating and playing cards and enjoyed visiting with his large family and numerous friends.

He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1964 and was stationed in Germany. He was discharged in 1966.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Mildred Brown, Louise Sago, Judy Burke, Joseph Repnak, William “Bill” Repnak, Donald Repnak, Charles Repnak and Patricia Knutson.

He is survived by hundreds of nieces and nephews and many, many friends.

A memorial graveside service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7, at 1 p.m. at Lakeview Cemetery in Polson with full Military Honors. Memories and condolences may be sent to the family at lakefuneralhomeandcremation.com.
