Republicans host two upcoming events

Lake County Republicans are gearing up for the campaign season with two events: a candidates’ forum at 1 p.m. Aug. 24 at the Barn at Finley Point, and the Lake County Republican Lincoln/Reagan/Trump dinner at 1 p.m. Sept. 15 at the Lake County Community Center in Ronan.

According to a poster, the free candidates’ forum this Saturday offers an opportunity to “meet our candidates and ask the hard questions.”

The Lincoln/Reagan/Trump dinner begins with a social hour with Republican candidates available to visit one-on-one with constituents prior to dinner. The event also includes a live auction and the annual Dessert Dash.
