Those Boomer Boys – 7:30 p.m. Thursdays-Saturdays and 1 p.m. Sundays, through Sept. 1 at the Theatre on the Lake in Polson; the Port Polson Players continue their 49th season with music and humor of the Baby Boomer era. Those Boomer Boys is a revival of one of the most popular offerings from the Players of the past four decades, and features the original cast of the show, first presented in 2006. Barn Dance – 5:30-9 p.m. Aug. 31 at the historic Big Arm School; the 15th annual event includes music, grilled burgers with all the fixings and a beverage, capped with huckleberry ice cream served from 5:30-7 p.m. (donations welcome). Fall Wildlife Festival – 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 14 at the Ronan Visitor’s Center; bring apples for free cider pressing and learn more about fruit gleaning and Chronic Wasting Disease during this annual event hosted by the CSKT Wildlife Management Program. "Talk the Talk: Then and Now – Student Photographs 2001-2024" – on display through Aug. 30 at the Three Woodcocks Gallery at Salish Kootenai College; exhibit celebrates the photography of Two Eagle River and SKC students, created under the tutelage of master photographer David Spear.

Kiwanis – First Thursday of the month, noon at Kwataqnuk Resort, and third Thursday of the month, 5:30 p.m. at Bunkers, Polson Bay Golf Course; Kiwanis is an international organization dedicated to improving the world one child, one community at a time. Meetings are open to the public.

Cheerful Heart Cancer Support Group – noon-1 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month in the chapel at St. Joseph Medical Center; anyone affected by cancer is invited to participate in this group led by Matthew Connally of the Ronan/Polson Nazarene Church.
